As it is defined, development is the process of creating growth, progress and positive change. The dimensions of development are characterized in physical, economic, environmental, social and demographic components.

2.    Collaboration: The purpose of collaborating is to reach a defined goal of an association. Collaboration improves the way of team works and problem solving. It also eases communication amongst the members hence enhanced productivity.

3.    Leadership: Leadership provides direction and vision, motivate and inspire others, and help create an environment conducive to success by promoting communication and collaboration among team members. In otherward, leadership determines success of a group or an association.

4.    Defined goals: when the association has a defined goal that guides team members, it creates sense of direction of the organization hence boosting development through hard works of the members.

5.    Inclusive: This is to leave no one behind regardless of the age, gender or opinion. Inclusiveness gives liberty everyone to share his/her opinion that influence decision making towards the development of association.

6.    Feedback: Giving feedback determines the next level of an association and it ease communication process in the structures of an association. It is a sign of respect honoring sender and the receiver of message in the association.

7.    Time management: Execution of activities are based on time frame; it provides a sense of direction of an association. It also determines the life span of members and an association at large. Achievements can be determined timely based on the work plan of the association.

8.    Delegate tasks effectively: We believe in team work, In the line of matter of execution association activities, tasks are delegated effectively to the responsible persons. The executive is given a responsibility of delegating powers to other members to run association work as they attain their authorities of taking good decision for the association.

9.    Problem solving: Association leaders should therefore, be in position to solve all conflicts amongst members of the association. Methods which creates fairness should be used during conflict resolving to avoid doubtful from the members seeking for the democracy.
